Imagine that you have received a new product image from the manufacturer and want to assign it to a product. To do this, click on the relevant product line in the images column. On the right appear the already deposited pictures.
With the Add button you can now add more pictures from your local hard drive.
The new images are automatically uploaded in the background so that they are immediately stored in Magento when you click on Save Products.
In another example, we have different products, but all of them have the same picture here shoes from a particular manufacturer. These always look the same, but are managed as different products because of different capacities.
First, we filter for the manufacturer in the worksheet shoes and store the image as described above for the first product entry. Then we copy the cell and paste it into the other products.
The same picture is also deposited with the other products.
