The license will only work with the server that it has first been assigned to, until you tell us to change which URLs your licenses should be pointed too. You can do so under [email protected].

Now here's how you can fix this:

1. Open the Magento backend on both servers and go into the settings dialogue for cobby (System --> Configuration --> Services / cobby)

2. Check that the license in the field "license key" matches the assigned license in the customer support center, if it does not, change the license key to the correct one,

3. click "Save Config" on both servers.

4. If the initial installation of cobby for one or both of the shops was unfinished, it will then continue and you will get an email with the link to the excel add-in, once the installation has finished.
